‘Bella’ balada pop-soul, interpretada por un gran cantante como es Kelvin Swaybe, en la que fue su primera colaboración con el grupo Alpha, y que esperamos que no sea la última.

“Elvis” fue el single del tercer disco del grupo, “Stargazing”, editado en 2003. Y es un tema un tanto “ave raris”, por pop, en un álbum que vuelve a la inspiración del primer trabajo del grupo. “Stargazing” es Alpha en estado puro ya que sus temas te invitan a viajar por otras atmósferas, y no sólo musicales, con esa extrema delicadeza y sonoridad tan usual de Alpha. “Stargazing” es melancolía y sensibilidad, expresadas a través de slow pop, ritmos intimistas y envolventes, sin grandes estridencias ni experimentos.

En “Stargazing” te encontrarás también “Once Round Town”, “A Perfect End” o “Waiting”. Y con las voces evocadoras y versátiles de sus colaboradores habituales como son Martin Barnard, Wendy Stubbs y Helen White.
Alpha es un dúo británico, factoría Bristol, formado por Corin Dingley y Andy Jenks.  Englobados dentro del mundo trip-hop, esa una etiqueta que no les gusta.
En 1997 fueron fichados por Massive Attack para su sello Melankolic Records, el cual posee un curioso slogan “Glad to be sad”.                                        
Otros discos: “Come From Heaven” (1997) , “The Impossible Thrill” (2001). Tras este último trabajo, dejaron la discográfica y volaron a tierras francesas. De absoluto ‘caprice’ son sus versiones de “Revolution” de The Beatles.
